1. Adults and photo permission

You and both people pictured must be at least 18. Submit photos only with the necessary rights and each person's permission for the described processing. Do not upload children's photos, identity documents, intimate images or another person's likeness without permission. Read our Privacy Policy before saving.

Keep your sign-in email and private guest link secure. Contact support about suspected unauthorised access.

2. Product and AI limitations

The planned product is a personalised two-person birthday or friendly-roast rap video: approximately 10 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p, with rap audio, bought once per video. The preview saves your idea and plays a labelled example featuring fictional people. It does not provide a completed personal video or guarantee availability of the planned service.

Our separate model experiments used Floniks to access image and video models, including Seedance 1.5 Pro for sample video generation. Ordinary visitor drafts do not invoke these models. A configured operator account can run a live test after explicitly reviewing inputs and confirming public supplier-link processing; this does not open paid ordering. Those tests use Seedream 5.0 Pro and Seedance 1.5 Pro via Floniks. The active production model selection and provider privacy limitations will be disclosed before paid generation opens.

AI can alter faces, hands, expressions, wording and pronunciation. An exact likeness, exact lyrics, unique output or particular aesthetic result is not guaranteed. Public examples are examples, not a promise that every output will match them.

3. Price, payment and delivery status

There is no subscription or automatic renewal in the planned offering. Before orders open we will confirm the price, currency, applicable total, delivery window and failed-generation handling. Waffo Pancake is the intended hosted checkout provider; our site does not collect full card numbers or card security codes.

No real payment or paid generation is available now. Operator-only live tests use existing provider credits with separate confirmation, input review and a review step before delivery. Private test videos expire after 7 days from completion; supplier copies may remain under separate practices. A saved draft or sample preview is not a paid order or personal delivery. Any checkout explicitly marked TEST is a sandbox, not a real-money purchase.

Cancellation and refund status

The preview is free, so there is no preview purchase to cancel or refund. Paid-order cancellation, retries and refund terms are not yet finalised and will be published before real checkout opens. This page does not waive any mandatory consumer right. Contact support@yourairapvideo.com about any suspected charge; never send full card details.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in submitted content and give us limited permission to process and store it to provide the requested preview. That is not permission to publish your photos in marketing. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. Site branding and public samples remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

Friendly roasts must remain consensual and light-hearted. Do not submit or request:

• Sexual or NSFW material, intimate imagery without consent, or exploitation of anyone.
• Graphic violence, threats or encouragement of harm.
• Hate speech, targeted harassment or discriminatory abuse.
• Child sexualisation, abuse, exploitation or endangerment; only adult photos are accepted.
• Unauthorised likeness use, deceptive impersonation, identity fraud or synthetic media presented as authentic footage to mislead viewers.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights infringement.

Fraud, illegal activity, accessing another person's drafts, security interference and bypassing limits are also prohibited. Label shared synthetic material appropriately and respect the people shown.

Reporting and review

Email support@yourairapvideo.com with the subject “Content safety report”, a draft reference and a short explanation. Do not forward unlawful images or sign-in codes. The operator manually reviews reported or identified concerns and may ask for clarification, restrict access or remove material within our control. You may use the same address to request a review. We do not claim that every photo or draft has been screened or pre-approved.

5. Draft access and service limits

Guest details and all uploaded photos expire after 24 hours. Signed-in draft details expire after 30 days from creation; their photos still expire after 24 hours. Keep your own original files and lyrics. The Privacy Policy explains access, cleanup and provider retention limits.

We may pause or change the preview for maintenance, security or abuse prevention. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or exact AI results. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Changes, law and contact

We date changes on this page and give appropriate notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights available to you under applicable law. Contacting us to resolve an issue does not remove any statutory remedy.
