How do credits work?

A 10-second standard video uses 100 credits; a 10-second HD video uses 200. Your pack works with either quality. Longer videos use more credits, and any leftover credits stay in your balance.

When are credits charged or returned?

We show the exact credit cost before generation. Credits are reserved when a task starts and charged when your generated video is available to preview. Confirmed generation failures before delivery return the reservation. If the generated result has a problem, contact support. Completed videos do not automatically restore credits. A submission with an uncertain supplier result stays reserved while we investigate. Returning credits is separate from a cash refund.

Can I generate a video today?

Yes. Sign in, buy a credit pack and generate your own video. The quote is shown before generation. You can also save a draft and return later.

Will it look like us?

AI can preserve broad likeness but may change faces, glasses, hands or expressions. Use clear, front-facing adult portraits or a photo with both faces visible. Each video creates a new performance; exact likeness, words and lip sync can vary.

Can I choose the topic and language?

Choose a topic idea or write up to 200 characters. Topic ideas are editable text, not separate video templates. English and Mandarin Chinese are available; the singing language defaults to this website’s language. Leave the topic blank for a friendship freestyle.

How long does generation take?

Our separate-photo test took about four and a half minutes of model processing. Actual times vary. Submitted tasks stay in My orders so you can return later.

What happens to our photos?

Draft photos stay private until you explicitly start generation and consent to supplier processing. Photos and guest drafts expire after 24 hours; signed-in draft details last 30 days. Generated videos have private account access for 7 days from completion. Supplier copies use accessible links, and supplier deletion is not guaranteed. Read photo privacy ↗
